**Definitions**

* **Bot** refers to Syde.
* **User** refers to any individual or entity using Syde.
* **Server** refers to the Discord server where the bot is installed.

**Permitted Use**

* You must follow Discord’s [Terms of Service](https://discord.com/terms) and [Community Guidelines](https://discord.com/guidelines).
* Syde is provided “as is” without any guarantees regarding uptime or functionality.
* Any abuse of the bot, such as spamming commands or exploiting bugs, may result in a ban or suspension of service.
* We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove any features or services at any time without prior notice.

**User Obligations**

* Users must comply with all applicable laws and respect the rights and privacy of others.
* Users must not use the bot for any harmful, abusive, or illegal activities.
